Neighborhood

High Street & the High Wine District

Between Peoria's picturesque West Bluff and energetic Main Street, High Street is lined with grand homes from the city's golden age, and the magic of the street has survived the years.

From the mammoth Easton house at the entrance of the street to the renovated Greenhut mansion at its foot, High Street offers residents a vibrant and elegant slice of Peoria history.

Our High Street buildings include the Joseph M. Quinn Mansion and one of the earliest homes built on the street, a French Second Empire residence from 1859.
