Sharp & Sharp is run by Fernanda and Shane. We buy Peoria's historic homes, restore them with care, and rent them as unique apartments.
Our historic properties are beautifully remodeled with the best quality, comfort and style. We preserve what makes each building special, like original hardwood, ornate moldings, fireplaces and tall windows, and bring everything else up to modern standards.
We also manage every building ourselves. Our tenants know us by name, and many have rented from us for years, some in more than one of our buildings.
